Cancellation of Purchase / Product Exchange / Defective Products

Instructions of this policy regarding: cancellation of purchase / product exchange / defective products are in addition to the instructions appearing on the website under the "Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations" tab.

Cancellation of Purchase: It is possible to cancel an order made at full price and not as part of a promotion from the moment the order is placed (cancellation on the spot) until 5 business days from the receipt of the shipment along with the purchase invoice. All subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law") and our regulations. Cancellation of an order will be done through the "My Account" tab by filling out the exchange/return form on the website and indicating the reason for the return. Cancellation of an order will be allowed according to the following instructions and according to any law: a. Cancellation before shipment - cancellation of an order before it is sent by the company. With the cancellation of the order, the funds paid by the buyer for it will be refunded. b. Cancellation after shipment - cancellation of an order after the product has already been shipped, subject to the condition that the buyer returned the purchase by registered mail only to the address of the company specified in this policy below, the product is closed in its original packaging, has not been used, the company's receipt with the barcode and price attached, the product is undamaged, and/or defective, and has not been used. A product that has been returned and does not meet the above requirements will not entitle the buyer to a refund and/or any other credit. The buyer will bear the shipping cost in any cancellation. The buyer will be entitled to a refund only after receiving the merchandise at the company's warehouses. The refund will always be made under the same conditions as the transaction was made and to the payment method from which the transaction was made. Refunds from credit card companies and PayPal - the refund will be transferred to the credit card used for the purchase. 5% of the transaction value is non-refundable. The refund will be transferred to the buyer's credit card according to the credit card/PayPal schedules and will not be in its original packaging for health reasons. It is clarified that no refund will be given for an item or part of a package that has been used.

Product Exchange: Exchange of an item purchased at full price will be allowed within 4 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, accompanied by the purchase invoice and its original packaging that has not been used. Subject to the provisions of section b. above. No exchanges will be given for end-of-season items or sale items. A product that has been used cannot be returned. Since the purchase was made online, the customer decides for themselves whether the products are suitable for them according to their skin type and their purchase. In the case of a product exchange, its value will be equal to the value of the product at the cash register on the day of exchange, not its price on the day of purchase. Shipping of the item in case of exchange or return is at the customer's expense.

Defective Products: If the buyer does not inform the company of any defect in the product within 48 hours from the day of its receipt, this constitutes notification that no defect has occurred, and the buyer and/or the purchaser will have no claim against the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf regarding the existence of any defect in the product. The company may cancel a transaction or order in whole or in part in the following cases: a.

A typographical error occurred either in the price of the product or in the product description.

b. If it is discovered that there was a communication breakdown and/or a technical problem that prevented users on the website from using the website properly.

c. In the event of force majeure, war, hostility, terrorism, epidemic, closure, emergency, and/or any other matter preventing proper sale.

d. The product is out of stock.

e. It is impossible to deliver the product. Notification of cancellation of an order will be given to customers by phone and/or email to the address provided on the registration page. The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable and shall not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the customer and/or any third party, including financial damage due to the cancellation of the order and/or return of the product according to this policy.

If necessary, you can call us to specify the reason for the exchange/return, name, phone number, email, and the item you want to return/exchange. Then send the item back by registered mail only + full name and address of the sender.

Return - we will contact you by phone to complete the refund process.

A used product cannot be returned - for health reasons and according to the law.

The cost of exchanging or returning a non-promotional product, the refund will be less the shipping fee, a total of $100 or by wight.

Costs of exchanging a product or size and returning it - shipping at the customer's expense.

You can exchange any non-sale item within 4 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

There are no duplicate promotions for sale items.

A full-price item that has not been used can be returned within 2 business days from the date of receipt with a 5% cancellation fee deducted.

A returned product will only be refunded if it has not been used, is in its original packaging, and has all its labels.

Direct cards cannot be credited, so direct cardholders are entitled to receive a credit on the website only.

The cash refund will be processed within 5 days from the date of returning the item, only to the credit card from which the order was made. It will be under the same conditions as the original transaction. In the case of a cash refund, shipping fees will not be refunded (if any).

Cash refunds cannot be obtained for items purchased using a gift voucher.

Custom ordered products cannot be exchanged/returned.
