Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

In which currency will I be charged?

All our prices are in American Dollars / Israeli NIS or EURO for your own choice.

How can I find out the cost for shipping?

Israel standard shipping 25 NIS

International standard shipping 10 USD$

Free standard international shipping on all orders over 200 USD$

International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges might be.

When do I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Shipping times are estimated between 3-9 days depending on your location in Israel.

Overseas customers – standard shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location.

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number within an hour of your order being placed.  If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk mail box or contact us.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

All orders are trackable so you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us automatically once your order is dispatched. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to follow your order in detail until it reaches your doorstep.

Can I send an order to an alternative address?

Yes, you are able to fill out any delivery address in the checkout process.

Delivery tax and fees

International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges might be. You may be required to pay sales/import tax in accordance with the laws in your country. Satara will not bear any responsibility for additional costs incurred to you because of laws in your country.

Returns

Satara lets you return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt by post. Your account will be credited after all returned items are checked by a Satara manager. If the item(s) you received are faulty for any reason, please contact us and we will credit your account depending on the circumstances.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the item’s original date of receival, to arrange for the return of your purchase.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of receival in new and unused condition. Otherwise, we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price.

International orders placed online can be returned to the address below.

As soon as the returns are received and inspected, you will be credited and automatically refunded to the credit card used for the order. This will be done within 28 days. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.
